Part of an introduction.

One thing I realized I haven't done with this blog yet... Is properly introduce my self. I am a single mom of two special needs and highly wonderful kids. But my story doesn't begin there :-). I originally started THIS blog site many years ago because a friend of mine believed I had an interesting life and other people would be interested in hearing about it. And very recently it has come up again that I should share my story because to quote another friend " it's a story that needs to be told". Although I do not disagree with her.... Every time I start to get in that nostalgia mood..I chicken out. So for now.... I'm gonna take it slow.... Just like I did trying to over come my fear of swimming in a lake. And this too I shall conquer. :-). For now I will leave you with this... I have another site that I started as a web page.... I will try and import all my posts from there as a lot of those share many stories about the struggles I went through when trying to get my daughter tested.. Right through to her diagnosis and the trials and tribulations of my sons birth. I will then try and fill in the gaps that I created by not continuing on with blogging as my life became very stressful and overwhelming. 

Another semester ends as another prepares to begin.

So I got my marks today for the winter semester. It was a tough semester but I passed it with big C's :-) so I'm very happy and proud. It's been a long hard road and I've still got years to go.
Hopefully next semester I was able to take it a little easier on myself and the kids and we can enjoy some of the summer:-).

STUPID ASS DUMB LOSERS!!!!!!!

ok this is pretty pathertic that my true and first blog....had to be an irrate one!!!
I'm PISSED right off!!!
for many of you you know that I have recently moved to a new place....a family complex...and i actually loved it here.....yah you noticed that didnt ya...i said LOVED as in PAST TENSE!!
My kids have been home sick for the last five days....so my car has not moved OUT of my garage...or carport....what ever you want to call the damn thing...
But today.....after dinner ...I take my kids out for a walk around the neighbourhood....just for the hell of it.....its not REALLY a bad place.....we have a salmon srtream we go look at altho the salmon are all gone now....So we walk around...go to the mailbox.....then go to the stream and then back home again.....
i get the kids inside....get their boots and jackets off..and then i go back out to the garage to turn off my light....(no i dont have a door on my "parking spot"..Not required by law cuz i'm not a 4 bedroom unit.......YAHHHh like OK WHATEVER!!!) I SQUEEZE past my car...to get into the garage.....I walk around the front of my car ..and look at one containor i have sitting out and easy to get at...and think...maybe i should bring that in now...its my xmas stuff....THENi look to the back of my garage and think.....well damn it....why didnt i move these rubber maids further over here...and give the fron end of my car a little more room to get in.....BAM!!!! it hits me....I Know why the rubber maids werent further over......CUZ MY FUCKEN STROLLER SHOULD HAVE BEEN THERE!!!!!!!DAMN IT...SOMEONE stole my dbl stroller/bike trailer...
it could convert to either being a bike trailer for kids...or a stroller....and it rolled alot smoother than OTHER dbl strollers i've tried...Ask One friend........I had one real HORRID dbl stroller once....was EVIL!!!! it was so bad...that one time i took both my kids out in it...My son was like 2 months and my daughter wasnt even three yet....and it TIPPED SIDEWAYS.....With BOTH it it...ALL because i turned a damn corner...that was it ...it went to the garbage!!
I waitted and waitted for this awesome stroller to go on sale...it was regular $300 i got it in off season for $100.....NOT the POINT!!! It was the ONLY stroller to DATE that BOTH my kids could still fit in and ride comfortably with their combined weight!!! This Stroller ALLOWED a combined Weight of 110lbs!!! My daughter is NOW 53lbs....My Son.....35lbs........
My kids are NOT LAZY by ANY stretch of the imagination....BUT I NEED A STROLLER for BOTH of them....For those that know me well.....My daughter isnt the easiest child to deal with sometimes...and my son....still has some issues with walking too long...or flat out taking off...
I Dont need a stroller because my kids WONT walk.....I Need a stroller cuz its my saving grace when i am out with the kids....
My Daughter can become over stimulated and over whelmed VERY EASLY...Unfortunately...that is one of the symptoms of being autistic....I NEED to be able to put her in the stroller So she can CALM down...Its NOT that she CANT see from the stroller...BUT she sees LESS and it helps her to calm down and level out....It allows her to become TUNED OUT from the outside noise. And TRUST me folks....for All you ...you have dealt with an over stimulated autistic child......YOU KNOW how HELPFUL that can be...to YOU and Your Child. For those that Dont know......TRUST me....You Dont want to know those feelings. (but THAT is for a whole other blog...)
My Son......MY SON......ohhh boy......my son...still has problems with his hips....but he doesnt act like it:D (more power to HIM) And he still has respirtory issues....so no matter HOW bad he wants to go go go go.....I have to have a stroller for him too....or else he will either drive himself to an Asthma attack....or simply...walk til he cant walk....and trust me.....if i let him...HE WOULD.....That Little bugger doesnt want to stop. Like I've said to many other friends and family.....if you didnt know he had such a rough start....you'd NEVER know it by watching him.
I'm SO PISSED off that someone took the stroller...Its like a life line to me.....its a MEANS to achieve everyday tasks when i go out with the kids. Now one friend said to me....(not to EXCUSE what was done...more to put a different spin on the look)....Maybe someone needed it more than me.....
HMMMMMMMMMMM I dont FUCKEN THINK SO.....and if that were the mentallity of the person or persons who took it......HOW DARE THERE PRESUME!!!!!!!!!!!!! HOW FUCKEN DARE THEY!!!!!!!!!!!!! they know NOTHING ABOUT ME OR MY KIDS!!!!!! They KNOW Nothing about what I have to go thru with my kids every day...or any time i take them out....HOW DARE ANY ONE EVER Live their lives believing they are the only ones who have it hard.
In all honesty...if someone had taken CLOTHES....or something a little more necessary to BASIC comforts......EVEN if they BROKE into my HOUSE and STOLE FOOD......THAT i could Understand.....TRULY!! I could forgive that ...and I could say...to myself and to anyone....THEY needed it more than us.....WHO ELSE Looks at a stroller as a necessity asides from families like mine??????
I am Doing this ON MY OWN.......I cant AFFORD to just go out and buy another ..ANY OTHER stroller!! I cant...I Just cant...I dont have the money to do it....Yes I get child support....and its always on time...in fact....its mostly a wee bit early....But any money coming in to my household...is spent before it comes in.....Because of medical conditions my kids are on a special diet....their grocery bill is almost DBL most peoples HYDRO bill!! and NO I AM NOT EXHAGERATING!!
I Have People That can back me up!! I'm So Angry at other peoples selfishness and greediness....and if the person who took it can prove to me beyond the shadow of a doubt why they need that stroller more than me.....I'm ALL EARS!!
I mean COME ON!!!! JUST before CHRISTMAS?!?!?!?!?!?!?! WTF is that folks....
